POSITION : SENIOR ESTIMATOR - FITOUT AND JOINERY
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents. Prepare detailed cost estimates for
Fit-Out, Joinery, and MEP
works. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure accurate pricing and scope alignment. Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare and submit tender documentation in line with client requirements and deadlines. Conduct value engineering and cost optimization exercises. Support the project team with post-tender clarifications and budget tracking. Maintain a database of material and labor costs, suppliers, and subcontractors.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
. Minimum3-5 years
of estimation experience ininterior fit-out and joinery
sectors. Proven track record in preparing cost estimates and tender submissions for medium to large-scale projects. Proficient inAutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.Job Type: Full-time
