Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together! We’re looking for a candidate with a can-do attitude to lead and manage the company's marketing activities with a digital marketing hands-on experience who has excellent collaboration and communication skills, and eager to make a differencResponsibilities:
Identify Speakol value proposition, core advantage and unique offering to best represent the company to different kinds of external audiences.
Develop & execute the marketing strategy to drive business growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI (with a primary focus on Egypt)
Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders to understand business goals, create the marketing plans, and execute marketing objectives in a timely manner
Support sales team by generating MQ leads through planning and executing marketing campaigns (with a primary focus on digital marketing campaign)
Plan and execute all digital marketing activities as needed and improve our social media presence
Structure, build and lead a digital marketing team
Lead marketing campaigns from end-to-end incl. conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting
Monitoring the implementation of the digital marketing plan to see if it is achieving its objectives
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Instrument conversion points and optimize digital sales funnels
Owns competitive analysis and market research to identify market opportunities
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance of the marketing campaigns based on the insights
Plan the company’s marketing calendar, coordinate PR and communications actions
Owns Communications, Promotional, and Sales Materials (e.g., sales presentations, data & vertical-specific materials and market insights for internal and external use)
Plan and execute customer retention activities including customer engagement events and gifting as needed
Handles organizing events, such as exhibitions, seminars, sales conferences, or customer hospitality events if needed
What you'll bring to Speakol:
A proven achievement record with 4+ years of experience in owning and leading the marketing strategy in a B2B company (preferable in digital advertising industry or similar industries)
An innovative self-starter and problem solver with the willingness to look for new ways to achieve goals
A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of various marketing channels, platforms and technologies
Owns an excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic & English
A good experience in dealing with agencies, outsource resources and other vendor partners
A team player and comfortable to work with a high degree of autonomy in an agile environment
Experience in event management is a plus
Comfortable with and efficient in, remote working
