Overview of the role
Responsible for assisting in developing, maintaining and executing digital campaigns to maximise enquiries, sales, retention and loyalty as well as preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for Al-Futtaim Automotive.
The incumbent will be required to assist the Digital Marketing Manager in the below areas:
1. Become a subject matter expert to support the individual Automotive businesses / brands (in the UAE) with their Digital Marketing activities; with focus on improving marketing effectiveness, enhancing customer engagement, increasing opportunities, improving retention, and promoting Loyalty.
This would require the incumbent to work closely with the brands and agencies to uphold and maintain divisional standards/ goals / policies and highlight areas of concern, improvement, risk and the potential to leverage any divisions synergies that could essentially save costs.
2. Maintaining and growing the social media presence of the brands and exploring new social platforms and opportunities to reach current and prospect customers.
3. Handling the campaign launching process from briefing agencies to reviewing media plans and launching the campaigns on timely basis.
4. Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) and prepare marketing reports and presentations as needed.
