Eye Witness Technical Services LLC is seeking an experienced and highly skilled
Senior Designer
to lead and support interior fit-out and renovation projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in2D and 3D design
, excellent command ofAutoCAD and visualization tools
, and the ability to coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to deliver high-quality, buildable designs.Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation of
2D drawings, 3D models, and visualizations
for interior fit-out, joinery, and renovation projects. Develop and reviewdetailed AutoCAD drawings
, including layouts, sections, elevations, shop drawings, and as-built drawings. Coordinate closely withproject managers, engineers, and site supervisors
to ensure design accuracy and site feasibility. Ensure compliance withlocal authority regulations
, client specifications, and project standards. Assist in material selection, finishes, and detailing suitable for project requirements and budgets. Manage drawing documentation, revisions, and approvals in a structured manner. Attend client meetings and site visits when required to resolve design-related issuesQualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in
Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
.5-7 years of experience
in interior fit-out, renovation, or joinery projects within the UAE. Advanced proficiency inAutoCAD (2D & 3D)
; strong skills inSketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software
. Solid understanding offit-out construction methods, materials, and detailing
. Proven ability to produceaccurate, coordinated, and buildable drawings
. Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).Male candidate preferred
.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
