A Dubai-based renovation & interior fit-out company is looking for a
Draftsman
with strong experience inauthority approvals
forimmediate hiring
.Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Civil / related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a
Draftsman
in interior fit-out / renovation projects. Proficient inAutoCAD
(knowledge of ETABS/SAFE software is a plus). Strong experience in preparing and submittingdrawings for approvals
(Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, Civil Defense, etc.). Knowledge of interior fit-out details, joinery works, and renovation drawings. Ability to coordinate with design & engineering teams.Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
shop drawings and as-built drawings
for fit-out and renovation projects. Handleauthority approval drawings and submissions
. Update and revise drawings based on client, consultant, and authority feedback. Coordinate with project engineers and site teams to ensure accuracy of drawings. Maintain organized drawing records and documentation.Job Type:
