We are a fast-growing
interior renovation company
based in Dubai, specializing in premium residential and commercial fit-out projects. We are currently hiring aSenior Draughtsman
who can take ownership of detailed technical drawings and site coordination.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and develop
detailed AutoCAD drawings
for: Bathroom and kitchen renovations Electrical layouts and switch/socket placements Ceiling and lighting layouts Custom joinery and loose furniture detailing Civil modifications and floor plans Attendclient meetings
to gather requirements and present technical concepts. Conductsite visits and take measurements
as needed. Coordinate withproduction, project management, and business development
teams to ensure execution accuracy. Deliveras-built drawings
, revisions, and construction detailing with speed and precision. Ensure all drawings comply with local regulations, project specs, and quality standards.Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience
in the interior fit-out/renovation industry.Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD
. Knowledge of other design tools like SketchUp or Revit is a plus. Excellent understanding ofMEP layouts, joinery details, and civil modifications
. Strong communication skills with ability to work acrossoffice and site environments
. Must be available tojoin immediately
