The Senior Category Buyer is responsible for managing procurement activities for kitchen equipment and soft services (non-food categories), ensuring cost-effective sourcing, supplier performance, and compliance with company standards. This role involves strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and category management to support operational and project needs.
