Sales Manager – Fmcg (food & Non Food Sector)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Lead the development and execution of AWS sales strategies focused on FMCG clients in the food and non-food sectors. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including supply chain managers, IT directors, and senior executives at FMCG companies. Drive the adoption of AWS cloud solutions for key FMCG use cases, such as inventory management, demand forecasting, e-commerce optimization, and logistics. Collaborate with AWS technical teams to design customized cloud solutions that address specific needs in the FMCG space, leveraging AWS services like data analytics, IoT, machine learning, and more. Identify new business opportunities and expand the AWS footprint within the FMCG sector, generating sales leads and converting prospects into clients. Conduct sales presentations, demos, and workshops tailored to the needs of FMCG companies, highlighting the value of AWS solutions. Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sector-specific campaigns and sales materials. Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred). 2-5 years of UAE experience in sales, with a focus on FMCG, retail, or cloud-based solutions. Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud computing, with knowledge of FMCG industry-specific applications. Proven track record of managing end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing deals, in the FMCG space. Knowledge of FMCG supply chains, demand forecasting, inventory management, and e-commerce platforms. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with C-suite executives and other decision-makers. Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex technical solutions in a clear and compelling way. Ability to work collaboratively across sales, technical, and marketing teams. Self-driven and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
