Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Export Sales & Order Management:

Generate and manage export sales orders across assigned territories.

Manage quotations, pricing updates, and terms related to discounts, Incoterms, and shipment schedules.

2. Sales Target Achievement:

Achieve annual export sales targets in alignment with company goals.

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and gross profit margins, meeting business objectives.

Analyze sales performance and take corrective actions to ensure target achievement.

Collaborate with the purchase and finance teams to optimize pricing strategies and profitability.

3. Team Engagement & Coordination:

Work closely with internal departments, including sales, purchasing, inventory, logistics, and packaging teams.

Ensure effective communication and alignment between internal stakeholders and external clients.

Coordinate customized packaging, bulk orders, and shipment timelines based on customer requirements.

Track LPO pricing, customer approvals, and order movement from production to dispatch.

4. Meetings & Reporting:

Attend weekly/monthly export meetings, local sales meetings, and any additional required meetings.

Provide detailed sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies.

5. Market Expansion & Relationship Management:

Participate in weekly export and cross-functional sales meetings.

Prepare and share timely sales reports, performance forecasts, and customer analysis with management.

Monitor market developments, competitor pricing, and emerging customer trends to support strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of proven experience in in export sales within the Food and Non Food distribution industry.
