Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement buying strategies for the Beauty category to achieve sales, margin, and profitability goals
• Source and purchase products aligned with customer preferences and company vision
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and exclusivity with suppliers to secure competitive terms
• Manage the procurement cycle including purchase orders, shipment tracking, and vendor compliance
• Build strong supplier relationships while identifying new vendors to enrich the product range
• Secure exclusive launches, collaborations, and promotional opportunities with beauty brands
• Conduct ongoing market research to identify global and regional beauty trends
• Use sales and customer data to refine assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies
• Maintain healthy inventory levels to reduce markdowns and maximize turnover
• Collaborate with finance to monitor budgets, margins, and cost optimization
• Partner with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams for successful launches
• Mentor junior buyers, guiding career development and succession planning

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or related field
• 4-6 years of buying experience, with at least 2 years in Beauty (skincare, makeup, fragrance, wellness)
• Proven experience in e-commerce or omnichannel retail within GCC or MENA markets
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market and customer insights
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
• Familiarity with inventory planning and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
