We're now looking for a driven B2B business developer to join our team and work alongside our sales team in expanding our reach and growing revenue across our corporate and EOR product lines.
The Role
As a Salesperson - Corporate Services & EOR, you will:
Prospect & Qualify: Identify and engage new leads for corporate and EOR services.
Discovery & Closing: Conduct discovery calls, manage opportunities, and close deals.
Pipeline Management: Own your sales funnel with accuracy and discipline.
Client Growth Support: Partner with our sales team to support account expansion, share workload, and provide holiday coverage.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
B2B sales experience (ideally in professional, corporate, HR, or EOR services).
Strong prospecting and cold outreach skills - confident with LinkedIn, email, and calls.
A self-starter who thrives in a competitive, high-growth sales environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools.
