Senior Business Development Manager - Auto Workshop

About Us:

Wefix Auto Services is a fast-growing multi-brand automotive workshop based in Al Quoz, Dubai. We specialize in complete car repair, maintenance, diagnostics, and Body work for all passenger vehicles and SUVs.

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager with strong UAE automotive market experience and an active client network. The ideal candidate must be target-driven, strategic, and capable of generating new business from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand B2B and corporate client base (fleet companies, rental firms, business clients, Car Showroom Dealers). Identify and secure new partnerships to increase workshop revenue. Achieve monthly and quarterly business growth targets. Plan and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive new leads and walk-ins. Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and propose business development plans. Coordinate with operations and management to ensure quality and timely service delivery. Prepare weekly sales reports and performance updates for management review.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in automotive business development, workshop sales, or fleet account management. Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets in the automotive sector. Must have an existing client base or business contacts to start generating leads immediately. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong knowledge of local market trends, service pricing, and client expectations. UAE driving license is mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: AED 10,000 - 14,000 (based on experience) Commission: Attractive performance-based structure And other Benefits
