Job Description
We are recruiting a Senior Business Development Manager on behalf of our client - a leading global player in the OTC derivatives brokerage space.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, driven individual to play a key role in client acquisition and relationship development across eFX, CFDs, and other OTC derivative products.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling OTC derivatives (eFX, CFDs) Proven track record with a regulated brokerage firm Strong existing and convertible client portfolio (professional and retail HNIs) Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills High ethical standards and professional integrity Full understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks
Role Responsibilities:
Originate and onboard new clients through proactive networking and lead conversion Manage the full sales lifecycle including KYC, onboarding, and ongoing support Collaborate across internal departments to deliver a seamless client experience Represent the firm with professionalism and commitment to service excellence
Candidate Profile:
Native Arabic speaker with strong command of English Resident of the UAE for at least 5 years * Willing to relocate or commute to Abu Dhabi at least twice a week
