Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Business Development Executive to lead our efforts in increasing course enrollments, building relationships with schools and corporates, and expanding our reach in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to boost admissions for our courses and programs.
Build and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, corporates, and community organizations.
Represent Beat Educations at education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for course promotion.
Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and marketing material.
Collaborate with the marketing team to run enrollment campaigns.
Mentor and guide junior business development staff.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (Master's preferred).
4-7 years of experience in business development or admissions, preferably in the education/training sector.
Proven track record in achieving sales or enrollment targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
