Hiring for a Government client in Sharjah.

Monitor a team of 3 Receptionists who would be reporting to him/ her.

Monitor visitors and calls received daily and provide a summary report to each department on a weekly basis.

Provides general administrative support (preparation of documents, filing, scanning).

Monitor the company\xe2\x80\x99s IT assets.

Ensure that Pantry & Stationery supplies are stocked and accounted for.

Prepare purchase requisition as required.

Coordinate with the maintenance team and ensure issues are fixed immediately.

Qualifications

Prior related experience working as a Senior Admin/Admin Team Leader/ Receptionist Monitor/ Receptionist Team Leader/ Receptionist Supervisor.

Bachelor\'s required.

Minimum 5 years experience required.\xe2\x80\x8b

Must have MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc).

Must have an initiative.

Can-do attitude.

Excellent organizational skills.

Able to work unsupervised.

Great attention to detail.

Positive attitude.

Trustworthy.
