Accounts Executive / Accountant Responsibilities
- Oversee the duties of the accounting team.
- Implement accounting systems and processes.
- Reconcile income statements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Able to assist in stock valuation process and petty cash audit;
- Maintain inter company ledgers and ensuring accuracy and reconciliations on monthly basis;
- Performing other tasks as and when assigned.
- Review and release online banking payments.
- Ensure compliance with state revenue service.
- Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support.
- Graduate in Accounting
- 2 - 3 Year Experience in similar role
- Prior experience in working with ERP system
- High Proficiency in MS Office Package
- Excellent customer management skills
- Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
