For 25 years our client has been an international supply chain solution provider to retailers, brands and manufacturers and providing fright forwarding, warehousing, transportation and reverse logistics solutions throughout the world.

They are recruiting a Senior Sales Executive having 3-8 years of solid experience in developing and managing key accounts in sea and air freight. This position reports to Sales Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through promoting the company\xe2\x80\x99s services to existing and potential customers in assigned customers portfolio.

• Maintain business relations with customers for fostering profitable sales.

• Identify business opportunities, assesses customer needs, and matches these with company\xe2\x80\x99s services to acquire new business.

• Develop plans for retaining customers through various activities including meetings, phone calls, and social gatherings.

• Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms.

• Prepare contracts and record orders.

• Develop a strategy which will lead to successful revenue growth of our company.

• Prepare weekly/monthly updates on pipelines and target achievement and review of opportunities and business plan.

• Act as the customers\xe2\x80\x99 main point of contact, by liaising closely with internal departments to ensure that their queries, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately, and provide excellent services to customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years sales experience in freight forwarding industry with solid experience in customer acquisition and account management.

• Strong selling, presentation and analytical skills.

• Excellent personal presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Self-motivated and driven to plan and execute sales generation.

• Excellent organization skills with ability to take initiative and prioritize work, while paying attention to detail.

• Able to work under pressure and solve problems independently.
