XA Group is now hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Accounts Executive to grow with the team.

Salary Offered: Up To AED14,000 based on experience

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Verifying and ensuring the correctness of financial entries in accounting software for payments to vendors, expenses, etc.
Supervising the cheque preparation and payment transfer requests.
Ensuring sharing of the statement of account for customers on monthly basis and following up on collections.
Preparation of monthly MIS including monthly depreciation run.
Analyze quarterly aging of debtors & creditors, Initiate necessary actions for recovery and payment.
Active role in trade finance operation entailing preparation of letter of credit (A/P), negotiating export L C bills (A/R), and issuing bank guarantees (Tenders).
Assist to complete statutory audit within the scheduled time.
Assist finance controller in insurance renewals and other license renewals.
Prepare quarterly VAT returns to ensure the timely filing of group returns.
Prepare VAT refund requests as per the FTA guidelines.
Preparation of SOPs and Accounting Manual

Requirements for Candidacy:

Education \xe2\x80\x94 CMA / CA Inter

Experience \xe2\x80\x94 4 to 5 years of experience, preferably UAE experience

Special skills \xe2\x80\x94 Active listening, good communication, and adaptability

Computer Skills - MS Excel, Xero, ZOHO, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics will be added advantage
