Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the MD/GM's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics and documentation are in place.
Maintain records, files, and databases in an organized and accessible manner.
Assist in drafting official communications and business letters.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams on behalf of the MD/GM.
Ensure smooth office operations and support in administrative tasks as required.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar executive secretary or administrative role.
