, who can seamlessly bridge technical knowledge and executive-level support. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information while managing a fast-paced executive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative and technical support to the Managing Director.
Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documents related to civil engineering projects.
Coordinate internal and external communications, including correspondence, scheduling, and meeting facilitation.
Act as a liaison between the MD and project teams, consultants, and clients.
Attend meetings and take detailed minutes; follow up on action points and project deadlines.
Review project documentation and provide technical input where necessary.
Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and updating the MD on key milestones.
Handle confidential information with utmost integrity and discretion.
Manage travel arrangements, calendar appointments, and expense reporting for the MD.
Support business development activities through research, proposal preparation, and client communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Required).
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in civil engineering roles.
Proven administrative or executive support experience preferred.
Strong understanding of engineering terminology and project lifecycle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Professional demeanor and ability to interact with high-level stakeholders.
Preferred:
Experience working in a construction, infrastructure, or engineering firm.
Exposure to project management software like AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, or similar tools.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulatory requirements.
