We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Secondary Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE, with a strong focus on ready properties sales and leasing. This pivotal role requires a candidate who possesses in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, particularly regarding secondary sales of ready properties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful track record in sales and leasing, showcasing their ability to drive revenue and manage client relationships effectively. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service throughout their journey. Your expertise will be vital in identifying market opportunities, developing strategic sales initiatives, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:



Oversee the entire sales process for ready properties, ensuring a seamless experience for clients from initial inquiry to closing. Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the unique characteristics of the Dubai real estate market. Manage and mentor a team of sales agents, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and professional development. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, pricing, and competitor activities in the ready properties segment. Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and strategic insights. Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with potential buyers. Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies while executing sales activities. Organize training sessions and workshops for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand our market presence.

Preferred Candidate:



A proven track record in real estate sales management, particularly in the secondary market for ready properties in Dubai. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team towards achieving ambitious goals. Exceptional analytical skills, enabling you to interpret market data and make informed strategic decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with business objectives. A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals successfully. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to track performance and manage client relationships. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
