Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and scale an existing real estate sales team Drive sales performance across off-plan and secondary market properties Set sales targets, KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement Recruit, train, motivate, and retain high-performing agents Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth goals Monitor pipeline, conversions, and team productivity Maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and key clients Ensure compliance with RERA and UAE real estate regulations
Mandatory Requirements (Please Apply Only If You Meet These)

Must be currently located in the UAE

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in UAE real estate sales

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader

Must bring an active sales team

(agents/consultants already working under you) Strong understanding of Dubai real estate market, off-plan & secondary sales Excellent leadership, negotiation, and closing skills Strong network of investors and property buyers is a plus
