Job Overview:

We are a fast-growing real estate company in Dubai looking to expand our team. We are currently hiring an experienced Sales Manager and Real Estate Agents. We welcome male and female candidates who are fluent in Arabic and English, with strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.

General Requirements (Both Roles):

Fluent in Arabic and English (required)

Previous real estate experience in Dubai (preferred)

RERA certification (or willingness to obtain it)

Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills

Knowledge of the Dubai property market

Professional, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Responsibilities:

For Sales Manager:

Lead and manage the real estate sales team to meet and exceed targets

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive team performance

Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to agents

Oversee high-value deals and key client relationships

Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly

For Real Estate Agents:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai

Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and close transactions

Generate and follow up on leads

Maintain strong client relationships and offer exceptional customer service

Compensation & Benefits:

Basic Salary (based on experience)

Attractive Commission: Up to 50% per closed deal
