Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
Support agents in closing
off-plan and secondary market
deals.
Maintain strong and consistent follow-up with the
Marketing Manager
to ensure quality lead flow and campaign alignment.
Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure productivity.
Handle client meetings, negotiations, and major transactions when required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with top developers and clients.
Ensure the team follows company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
Prepare sales reports and present updates to management.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience
as a Sales Manager in Dubai real estate.
Proven off-plan deal closing experience
for at least 2-4 years.
Strong knowledge of Dubai property market, developers, and sales trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills, especially with marketing teams.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
RERA certification is an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
