Job brief
We are looking for a Business Development Representative with a technology background to act
as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business
opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from
marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas or directly working on other sources. You will
use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first
contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are
motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, wed like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business plans with growth.
Responsibilities
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
Work on bidding portals, tender opportunities and other portals on available leads to
convert them into prospects
Make calls, follow up calls to clients / prospects
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Customize services / solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients in order to get recurring business
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and internal account executives
Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales
results
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Evaluates existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what
works and changing what doesnt.
Leads sales, marketing, customer-service, and client relationship management teams.
Develops and strengthens internal and external relationships that will lead to increased
lead generation and market share.
Builds cross-functional teams to guide and nourish sustainable, long-term growth.

Fosters and works to maintain an entrepreneurial growth culture throughout the
company and across all teams and work functions.
Identifies and recommends new services.
Proposes and develops strategic partnerships.
Helps to shape the companys long-term objectives and determine plans for how to
meet them.
Travel within cities or states in order to meet the prospects, close the deal.
Requirements
Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive or a
relevant role
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office / GSuite and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Extremely positive
Proficient in English, knowledge with Spanish will be an advantage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work & deliver engaging presentations
Market knowledge
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
BSc/BA in business administration, BE, sales or relevant field
Extremely Talented and someone who can handle the pressure
Go-Getter
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Someone who can take the ownership of particular region / state / geography with
committing substantial business and growth

Qualification for Sales Representative
7 years sales experience
Bachelors Degree
Industry knowledge: Knowledge and experience in talent management and/or to the
staffing industry is a nice to have.
