Job Title: Sales and Business Development Managera, Location: Dubai - United Arab Emiratesa, Experience: 5+ years experiencea, Skills: Sales and Business DevelopmentAbout the Role BD is an integral member of 3i Cloud Practice. 3i is looking for an BDM/Sales Engineer to join our Cloud COE team Business Development Manager Overview: 3i Infotech is currently looking for a results-driven, disciplined technical sales and business development leader, with a passion for innovative technology. This person will be energetic, personable, and quick-learning professionals, who will be responsible for discovering business requirements, analyse process flows, prepare specification documents, build GTM strategy and demonstrate solutions and support the sales and customer success teams. The successful candidate will be the primary technical resource throughout the sales and business development process. Responsibilities Constantly generate pipeline using your connections with senior leaders, new techniques, tools, joint field marketing initiatives, trade shows, and top tier channel partners Demonstrate expertise in building business cases that clearly show value and differentiation at all levels of your customer/prospect organizations Meet the quarterly sales targets and objectives by identifying and closing profitable new business opportunities for 3i's SASE Platform within allocated target and/or existing client accounts and sectors. Build channel partner ecosystem to sell our offerings and do all the associated activities, example - Finding right channel partner, legal formalities, enablement of their sales and technical team, promotional events, joint webinars etc. Develop and implement sales strategies for new customers and nurturing existing business Develop and execute a go-to-market plan to sell our cyber security and cloud products/services Create and articulate compelling value propositions for cyber security services such as DDoS mitigation, Secure Internet access, SDWAN, XDR, FWaaS, Secure Private access, Cloud security etc. Create Sales Pitch slides, Brochures, and related competitive intelligence content in the form of ppts or word docs. Should work on GTM strategy to take product into different dimensions and generate more businesses Should be able to deliver technical and sales presentations and product demos to prospects and present benefits and value of products and ensuring customer agree for a POC Directly support the 3i sales organization in cybersecurity, network security, changing tactics, techniques, and procedures for responding to security Enable the sales organization by assisting our clients in providing training and routine debriefs on our product Requirement Worked in the cyber security industry for 5 years. Business background in sales or business development in cyber security practice Experience in technical sales, preferably with SDWAM, Firewall, Secure Web gateway, SASE, network intrusion, detection, and response products. Should have recently connected with CISOs, CIOs in the industry Should have effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong market knowledge of Cyber security domain and IT, Managed Services and should be up to date with industry trends Should have very solid technical background at least in; Zero Trust approach, Firewall, SDWAN, Secure private access, Threat intelligence, XDR Should understand the business use cases and challenges being faced by industry and pitch our product to customer accordingly Have very good network with cyber security distributors and channel partners across the globe Local candidate with both Arabic and English - Spoken and Written
