As a Sales, Telecaller / Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in the client onboarding process. The successful candidates will be based in Dubai. Responsibilities will include: Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service Hunt for business opportunities through a high volume of outbound activity in a metric-driven sales process Being knowledgeable about products and services offered by the business and the market trends Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and courteous manner Solicit sales, provide information about products and services, or handle complaints Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products Negotiating and closing sales and establishing a new customer account Qualifications A minimum of six Months (6) of experience in Forex. Basic knowledge and/or background in Economics/Financial Analysis is an added advantage Self-starter with a sales mentality and the ability to improvise according to the situation. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects Ability to use Sales CRM tools Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills Excellent Telephone Manner Good team working manner Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
