Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our Sanitaryware business division.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic business partnerships, and ensuring overall market success within the Sanitaryware sector. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion in the Sanitaryware industry. Business Development: Lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders. Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to maximize individual and collective success. Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other relevant entities to strengthen the company's position in the Sanitaryware market. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Budget Management: Oversee the Sanitaryware business unit's budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial performance. Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly reporting progress and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in sales and business development, with at least 3 years in a senior management role within the Sanitaryware industry. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Sanitaryware market, trends, and competitive landscape. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious business objectives. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and strong negotiation skills to secure favorable partnerships. Results-driven: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
