We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to manage and grow our sales team in the visa, labor, and immigration services sector. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership abilities, proven sales experience, and an in-depth understanding of immigration procedures, visa processing, and UAE labor services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand business and customer reach
Provide regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations for team members
Support the team in closing complex and high-value deals
Maintain strong knowledge of UAE visa categories, immigration procedures, and labor regulations
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth processing of client applications
Track and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and market trends
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients
Ensure excellent customer service throughout all stages of the sales cycle
Represent the company in industry events and marketing activities to promote services
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in visa, labor, or immigration services
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa types, and government systems (Amer, ICP, MOL, etc.)
Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve targets
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications
