We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Sales Team Leader

with proven expertise in

New Zealand and Europe Work Permit

processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring sales consultants, and ensuring team targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and manage a team of immigration sales consultants. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and conversion targets. Guide clients through the process for New Zealand and European work permits. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching. Handle high-value client consultations and close sales. Ensure compliance with immigration policies and company ethics. Prepare and deliver weekly sales reports to management. Maintain updated knowledge of immigration procedures and market trends.

Requirements

Minimum 1

year

of sales experience in a

migration or overseas recruitment firm

. Strong knowledge of

New Zealand and European work permits

and visa pathways. Proven ability to manage, train, and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English; other languages are a plus. Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
