Responsibilities: Lead and manage concierge operations, ensuring top-tier service delivery to clients. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing personalized assistance and handling queries with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service. Ensure all concierge services align with business goals and client expectations. Work closely with business setup consultants to support company formation processes. Resolve conflicts effectively, using strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Monitor and manage budgets related to client requests and services. Develop and implement service improvement initiatives. Uphold high standards in appearance, client interaction, and work ethic. Qualifications: BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in a relevant field. Proven sales experience, with a strong background in concierge, executive support, or client relationship management. Experience in the business setup or freezone industry is highly preferred. Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance standards and deadlines. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills. In-depth understanding of business operations and freezone systems. Creative thinker with the ability to generate ideas and strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
