Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development:
Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales executives to maximize individual and team performance.
Daily Sales Operations:
Oversee daily sales activities, ensuring efficiency, timely follow-ups, and achievement of sales targets.
Achieving Sales Goals:
Drive the team to consistently meet and exceed individual and collective sales targets.
Client Relations & Negotiations:
Handle escalated client interactions, build strong customer relationships, and provide tailored solutions.
Training & Coaching:
Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to develop team members' product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Performance Monitoring:
Track KPIs, monitor sales pipelines, and provide feedback and improvement plans for underperforming staff.
Strategic Process Improvement:
Implement new strategies to enhance sales performance, customer satisfaction, and overall revenue growth.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, operations, and management to align sales strategies with business goals.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, with at least 1 year in a team leader or supervisory role.
Leadership Skills:
Strong ability to motivate, guide, and manage a high-performing team.
Sales Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of sales processes, negotiation strategies, and customer engagement.
Communication & Problem Solving:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and close deals effectively.
Languages:
Fluency in English And Hindi (Arabic would be an added advantage).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
