We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead, train, and mentor our sales team while driving performance and closing deals. This role requires a strong leader who can balance coaching responsibilities with hands-on sales activities, ensuring both team and individual success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and mentor a team while maintaining focus on converting leads into sales.
Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets for each team member.
Provide hands-on coaching in sales techniques, negotiation, and market insights.
Support the team in closing deals by handling client objections and optimizing deal structures.
Leverage existing client networks to generate leads and expand opportunities.
Keep the team updated on market trends, pricing shifts, and competitive activities.
Ensure high client satisfaction through professionalism and excellent service.
Report sales performance metrics and updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales regulations.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in team leadership within sales.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
Demonstrated success in closing sales across different industries.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
