  • Works closely with the Head of Sales to implement sales strategies, improve processes and achieve established goals.
Sales execution:
  • Acts as an in-house agent for both buyers and sellers, leading by example by demonstrating exceptional sales skills.
Strategic sales closing:
  • Participates in the negotiation and closing of strategic sales, using his experience to address challenging situations and ensure successful results.
Auction management: Oversees and supports the implementation of auctions, guiding agents and sellers through the process to maximize positive results. Team management:
  • Supervises and manages the team of internal agents, ensuring efficient and collaborative performance.
  • Access to dashboard where they can track agent activities and performance through metrics and analytics.
Assignment of tasks:
  • Assigns specific tasks and follow-ups to agents, ensuring an equitable and efficient distribution of workloads.
Advice and support:
  • It provides guidance and support to agents in the process of decision making and resolution of more complex problems.
Performance evaluation:
  • Regularly evaluate the performance of internal agents and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintains records and analysis of individual and group performance.
Training and development:
  • Identifies individual and team training and development needs.
  • Provides training and guidance to improve skills and competencies.
Metrics tracking:
  • Monitors team performance metrics such as completed transactions and customer satisfaction.
Resolution of internal problems:
  • Addresses and resolves issues and challenges that arise in the internal agent team.
  • Provides effective solutions and guidance.
  • Promotes a positive and collaborative work environment.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints:
  • Address escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Leadership and motivation:
  • Inspire and motivate the team of internal agents to achieve objectives and goals.

Compliance and ethics:
  • Ensures that internal agents comply with company policies and regulations.

  • Ensures that established objectives and goals are met.
Record keeping:
  • Uses records of team evaluations, achievements and challenges to improve performance and effectiveness.
Agent registration:
  • Facilitates the registration of new agents interested in joining the company.
Assignment of agents:
  • Assign internal agents to buyers and sellers according to the defined process.
  • Coordinate the automatic assignment or notify agents to serve new customers.
Transparent communication:
  • Ensures that all interactions between agents and customers are conducted through the designated platform.
  • Ensures that communications are recorded for tracking and logging purposes.
Personal data management:
  • Collects the personal data of internal agents.
  • Oversees the updating of personal profiles of internal agents in the system.
  • Ensures that contact information, history and specialties are up to date.
  • Provide the data to the IT department or enable the upload function in the HR BackOffice.
Coordination of commissions:
  • Oversees that the payment of commissions to internal agents for completed transactions and buyer subscriptions is being made correctly.
Facilitation of agent changes:
  • Enables agent changes for customers in case of dissatisfaction.
  • Assign new agents and coordinate the transition.
Management of tools and platforms:
  • Coordinates and supervises access and use of tools such as Property Monitor.
  • Ensures responsible and efficient use of tools.
Track rankings:
  • Tracks the ranking of internal agents according to metrics.
Communication between agents:
  • Facilitates communication between internal and external agents through the platform.
  • Ensures that conversations are effective and productive.
Security and compliance:
  • Implements security measures to protect the information of internal agents and customers.
  • Ensures that legal rules and regulations are followed.
Transaction monitoring:
  • Oversees the transaction process to ensure smoothness and compliance.
  • Solve any problems or challenges that arise during the process.
Collaborate with the marketing team:
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities to enhance sales performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure smooth coordination and an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Establish and maintain relationships:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, property developers, and real estate agencies to generate new business opportunities and partnerships.
Stay updated on market trends:
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities and market niches.
Representation at industry events:

Requirements: Proven experience as a Team Leader or Sales Manager in the real estate industry, preferably with a focus on selling apartments in Dubai.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including market trends, customer preferences, and legal regulations.
  • Familiarity with web platforms, CRM systems, and sales automation tools.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proactive and self-driven attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages, such as Arabic, is a plus.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
