Mission As a Digital and Social Media Marketing Assistant at Onday Real Estate LLC, your mission will be to spearhead the transformation of our digital presence, strategically amplifying our brand and simplifying property transactions through innovative marketing strategies. Your role will focus on ensuring transparency and accessibility for all stakeholders while actively contributing to the growth of the sector by attracting global property sellers and investors. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social & Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team, reporting to the Head of Marketing and drive our digital marketing strategies to new heights. Role Overview: As Social & Digital Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing initiatives, with a specific focus on the real estate industry. Your mission is to leverage advanced social media and digital channels to enhance brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive business growth in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be an expert in data-driven marketing, possess a deep understanding of the latest trends in both digital marketing and real estate, and have a proven track record of successful campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development: Lead the development of comprehensive digital marketing strategies specifically tailored for the real estate sector, aligned with business objectives. Conduct in-depth market research within the real estate industry to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage robust social media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others, with a keen understanding of real estate audience dynamics. Monitor real estate market trends, track social media engagement metrics, and optimize strategies accordingly. Create compelling and shareable real estate content, fostering community engagement. Content Creation and Optimization: Oversee the creation of high-quality, SEO-optimized real estate content for various digital platforms. Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure consistency in real estate brand messaging. Implement best practices for content distribution and user engagement within the real estate space. Paid Advertising and Performance Marketing: Plan and execute effective paid real estate advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others. Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to monitor real estate campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI. Implement A/B testing strategies to refine and improve digital ad effectiveness within the real estate industry. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, and other data analysis tools to generate actionable insights within the real estate market. Prepare detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) within the real estate sector and provide recommendations for improvement. Requirements: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience (4-5 years) in advanced social and digital marketing roles with a focus on real estate. Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, and keyword analysis within the real estate domain. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in both digital marketing and the real estate industry.
