Job Overview: The Head of Sales at ONDAY REAL ESTATE LLC, leads and oversees sales operations across the organization, including the management of Team Leaders and Agent teams, with the goal of driving sustainable growth, efficiency and continued business success through sound strategy. The mission of the Head of Sales is to strategically drive sales operations to meet and exceed the company\'s growth objectives. As the Head of Sales, you will hold a central position in our organization, responsible for shaping and leading our sales efforts.   • Develop and direct the overall sales strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and the evolving market.
  • Develop realistic budgets, controlling expenses and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.
  • Set objectives for Team Leaders and monitor progress towards their achievement, ensuring that the team is aligned and motivated to achieve them.
  • Design and implement strategies to motivate and reward Team Leaders and Agents based on performance.
  • Make informed and strategic decisions to drive business growth and sales efficiency.
Management of Team Leaders:
  • Supervise and guide Team Leaders, providing strategic direction, mentoring and support to maximize team performance.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with Team Leaders, ensuring teams are aligned with sales objectives and functioning efficiently and collaboratively.
Process development:
  • Create and optimize efficient sales processes that facilitate workflow and improve customer experience.
Implementation of improvements:
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency in the team.
  • Encourage innovation and the constant search for ways to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Implement changes and adjustments as necessary.
Development and Training:
  • Identify potential and areas for improvement in Team Leaders and their teams and offer development and training opportunities for professional growth.
  • Identify opportunities for professional development and growth.
Assignment of Team Leaders and Agents:
  • Assign Team Leaders and Internal Agents to buyers and sellers according to the defined process.
  • Coordinate automatic assignment or notify Team Leaders to serve new customers.
Personal data management:
  • Collect personal data from Team Leaders and internal Agents.
  • Provide the data to the IT department or enable the upload function in the HR BackOffice.
Update of profiles:
  • Oversee the updating of personal profiles of Team Leaders and internal Agents in the system.
  • Ensure that contact information, history and specialties are up to date.
Facilitation of changes in Team Leaders and Agents:
  • Enable changes of Team Leaders and Agents for customers in case of dissatisfaction.
  • Assign new Agents and Team Leaders and coordinate the transition.
Coordination of commissions:
  • Calculate and manage Team Leaders\' and internal Agents\' commission payments for completed transactions and buyer subscriptions.
Performance monitoring:
  • Evaluate the performance of Team Leaders and their teams of Agents according to established metrics.
  • Maintain records and analysis of individual and group performance.
Communication with senior management:
  • Communicate team performance and needs to board of directors.
  • Provide periodic reports based on established KPIs on sales performance, target achievement and improvement initiatives to make informed decisions.
Management of tools and platforms:
  • Coordinate and supervise access and use of tools such as Property Monitor.
  • Ensure responsible and efficient use of tools.
Rankings and privileges management:
  • Maintain and update the ranking of Team Leaders and internal Agents according to metrics.
  • Administer Onday Club privileges and benefits for Team Leaders and Agents.
Communication through the platform:
  • Facilitate communication between Team Leaders and internal and external Agents through the platform.
  • Ensure that conversations are effective, productive and recorded.
Record keeping:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and transactions performed by Team Leaders and internal Agents.
Market analysis:
  • Keep abreast of market trends and changes to adapt sales strategies and take advantage of new opportunities.
Interdepartmental collaboration:
  • Work with other department leaders to ensure effective collaboration and alignment of objectives across the organization.
Relationship management:
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and participate in important negotiations to ensure successful business relationships.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners and suppliers to support sales growth.
Innovation and continuous improvement:
  • Promote the adoption of new technologies, tools and sales approaches to remain competitive in the market.
Evaluation of risks and opportunities:
  • Identify and address potential risks in sales operations and seize opportunities to drive growth.
Compliance and ethics:
  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with internal and external regulations and policies, and encourage ethical behavior.
Requirements: RERA Certificate: Possession of a valid RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) certificate is mandatory for this position.
