We are hiring for TRADITIONAL TRADE MARKET SUPERVISOR.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Management
: Handling of Pre Salesman in GT market.Sales Strategy Implementation
: Experience to develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth in the dairy industry .Customer Relationship Management
: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Performance Monitoring
: Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.Training and Development
: Identify training needs and facilitate professional development for the sales team.Market Analysis
: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.Compliance
: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations.Route Plan
: make route plan to smooth sales accomplishment.Qualifications
:4-5 experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG services industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM software. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred. Valid Driving License
Benefits:
Salary AED 7000 to AED 8000/ plus commsiion- (car and petrol expense)
