We're on the lookout for a
sales Supervisor
to lead and grow our footprint in theDown Trade sector
and wholesale channels. This is astreet-level, field-oriented
role -not key accounts
.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales representatives targeting traditional trade outlets. Ensure full market coverage with hands-on area management and route optimization. Monitor team KPIs including outlet visits, order generation, and new account activations. Identify and develop new sales opportunities in untapped areas. Conduct in-field training and execution improvement for your team.
Requirements:
Proven experience
in Down Trade/Traditional Trade sales within the UAE. Strongleadership
andterritory management
capabilities. Must hold a validUAE driving license
. Highlyfield-focused
