Plan and conduct regular team meetings and sales training sessions to enhance agents' product knowledge, selling techniques, and negotiation skills.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and market movements.
Understand client needs and build long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Achieve sales revenue targets in line with the company's business plan.
Lead and manage an existing sales team within the company structure.
Coordinate closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies and sales campaigns.
Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in the Dubai real estate market or substantial experience in an international real estate market.
4 to 6 years of proven sales experience in off-plan real estate
, with a strong and verifiable sales track record.
Must have an existing, ready sales team
capable of delivering immediate results.
Strong knowledge of real estate markets and end-to-end sales processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
Languages:
Proficiency in English required; additional languages such as Hindi, French, Spanish, uzbek and Persian.
