Key Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate a team of property consultants.
Set monthly sales targets and ensure team performance.
Guide agents through the entire sales process: listing to closing.
Train and onboard new team members.
Build and maintain relationships with developers and clients.
Track KPIs and report sales performance to upper management.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Expertise in OFF-PLAN
Valid UAE driving license
and own car (mandatory).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing abilities.
RERA Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
