- Recruit, train, and lead a team of 3-4 Sales Executives.
- Drive property sales across both residential and commercial projects.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and monthly action plans.
- Set targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching to the team.
- Maintain deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, pricing trends, and customer needs.
