Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and oversee

strategic sales plans

to achieve and surpass company goals.

Lead, mentor, and motivate

the sales team to reach individual and team performance targets. Identify and pursue

strong relationships

with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders. Analyze

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

1-5 years of sales experience
