About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Sales Manager
to lead our team ofProperty Consultant
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in virtual sales, team management, and client relationship building. You'll play a key role in driving revenue, training your team, and ensuring exceptional client engagement through online platforms.Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Zoom sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets. Conduct virtual client meetings, presentations, and property tours using Zoom. Develop effective sales strategies and ensure consistent follow-up with potential clients. Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare regular sales and activity reports. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to generate qualified leads and close deals. Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance the team's performance and product knowledge.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
as a Sales Manager or Team Lead. Proven success managingremote or Zoom-based sales teams
. Strong background inreal estate sales
(preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills. Proficiency inZoom, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools
. Must becurrently based in Dubai
