Sales Manager
to lead our sales team and drive performance to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the real estate sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Develop sales strategies and action plans to grow market share.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Oversee listings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with the marketing team to design effective campaigns.
Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry (minimum 3-5 years).
Strong knowledge of the local property market and real estate laws.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to drive and motivate a team to achieve targets.
UAE driving license (Must).
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
