Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales agents.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Train and support the sales team in generating leads and closing deals.
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and developers.
Stay updated on market trends, project launches, and competitors.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for upper management.
Oversee CRM management, lead tracking, and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate sector (minimum 3 years).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
RERA certification is an advantage.
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
Valid UAE driving license preferred
