We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Real Estate Sales Manager
to lead our sales team, develop business strategies, and drive property sales. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
Train, mentor, and support agents in closing deals and improving performance.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive activities.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property developers.
Oversee lead generation activities and ensure the team follows up efficiently.
Track and analyze sales performance reports and present results to management.
Attend property viewings, client meetings, and networking events.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA guidelines, and local regulations.
Resolve client complaints and support high-level negotiations when required.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales and at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market, laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
