The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve targets, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring high performance in all sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, real estate market knowledge, and proven experience in managing a sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate the real estate sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to increase property sales and company revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and brokers.
Oversee day-to-day sales activities, including client meetings, property viewings, and negotiations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to adjust strategies accordingly.
Support agents with complex deals and provide guidance during negotiations and closings.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback to the sales team.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities to enhance company visibility.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
