Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to
consistently meet and exceed targets
Develop and execute
sales strategies
aligned with company objectives
Manage
direct and indirect sales channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with:
Agents
Brokers
External partners
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Track KPIs, pipelines, and team productivity using CRM systems
Coach underperformers and scale top performers
Collaborate with marketing and management to align lead flow and strategy
Prepare
regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights
for senior management
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 8 years of real estate sales experience
in the UAE
(developer, brokerage, or timeshare)
At least 4 years in a Sales Manager / Team Lead role
Proven history of
achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience managing teams with
monthly and quarterly targets
Proficiency in
CRM systems and MS Office
Arabic language fluency (Required)
Valid UAE driving license (Required)
Ability to work
on-site in Ajman
