Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of property consultants to achieve sales targets
Support Senior Property Consultants in closing high-value, complex, or strategic deals
Drive sales for residential, off-plan, and/or secondary market properties
Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching/training
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management
Ensure consistent implementation of pricing, availability, payment plans, and sales policies
Support project launches, broker briefings, sales events, and site activities
Requirements
Minimum
5-8 years of experience
in UAE real estate sales
At least
2-3 years in a Sales Manager or Team Leader role
Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Valid UAE driving license preferred
