Role Overview



We are hiring an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our expanding Dubai team. You will represent Berkeley Mercantile in presenting tier-one projects from developers such as

Emaar, Sobha, Damac, Danube

, and more, helping clients secure the most promising opportunities in the city.

Key Responsibilities



Build and oversee a team of 5 agents Undertake global roadshows globally Source and sell off-plan residential and investment properties across Dubai. Maintain strong developer relationships and stay updated on new project launches and inventory. Advise clients on payment plans, handover timelines, ROI, and capital appreciation potential. Coordinate and conduct project tours, presentations, and client meetings (in-person and virtual). Ensure all deals are compliant with RERA regulations and internal company processes.

Requirements



3+ years experience in Dubai real estate, in Managerial capacity

Strong knowledge of Dubai's master communities, developer portfolios, and buyer profiles. Proven track record of high-ticket off-plan sales and client retention. Fluent in English Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. RERA certification is preferred. Valid UAE driver's license and personal vehicle (mandatory).
